The Killar-Pangi Road, India
This gorgeous but dangerous road connects Pangi and Killar, two Indian towns. It passes through Kishtwar as well as the remote regions of Kashmir and Jammu. At the end of this unusual road you will see Pangi, a pretty valley between the Zanskar and Pir Panial ranges of the Himalayas.
There is no other road to Pangi during the colder months since they will be buried in snow. Because this road can be perilous and has sharp bends, narrow lanes and uneven ground, it probably won’t be your first choice if there are other alternatives open.
