The Karakoram Highway, China
Also known as the China-Pakistan Friendship Highway, this road is an impressive 800 miles in length. It runs from the Kashgar province in China to the Hasan Abdalof province in Pakistan.
The Karakoram Highway is one of the world’s highest paved roads. Its maximum elevation is 15,466 feet above sea level. This road runs through the Karakoram mountain range and is known as the 8th wonder of the world. With incredible views like this, you can see why.
